Physical Products
All products sold on this website are physical goods (car accessories and LED lighting products, including headlights and interior lighting) shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered in approximately 5–8 business days after processing. Shipping is free on every order. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, carrier delays or other factors outside our control. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and shipping process, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing/fit expectations, or general dissatisfaction once an order has shipped.
However, we will replace or refund your order if:
- The item arrives defective or damaged;
- You receive the wrong item;
- The item does not match the product description in a material way.
To request a replacement or refund under these conditions, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the issue where applicable.
How to Request a Replacement
Email us at streetshinee@proton.me with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or video showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item
We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Situations
We are not able to offer refunds or replacements for:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Installation errors or damage caused after delivery
- Items not matching personal expectations where the product was accurately described
European Union / UK Customers — Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law, regardless of the policy stated above. To exercise this right, contact us at streetshinee@proton.me within 14 days of delivery. Where this right applies, you may be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or not as described.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory right you may have under the law of your country of residence.
Order Issues Before Delivery
If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimated shipping window, please contact us and we'll look into it with the shipping carrier.
